First and foremost (and I left a review after purchase), I had a great buying experience with Sewell. The salesperson, the finance rep, the manager, all top notch. What I do regret, is paying $2,420 for an extended warranty. My car has been at a shop here in Rockwall, TX since Friday because the shop cannot get ahold of anyone at the warranty company. They have sat on hold for hours trying to get a repair authorization for a gasket that is covered per the warranty. I have now been on hold for over 2 hours with no end in sight. "...

All of the people we have been working with have been very helpful and supportive. They work very hard to make the customer experience better and make repairs as quickly as possible. They explain what is needed and how they are going to fix the problem. A great company to work with!

They do not go beyond ecpectations as I expected them to do that additional work of 496.00 in same area worked on as a class act for inconveniencing me.

When we originally shopped at the Dallas dealership we were told there was a car in Fort Worth that may suite me. It’s about an hour drive from our home in Dallas, my bad for not checking first before driving out there.

Please do NOT leave anything of value in your car at this dealership. Specifically put my AirPods in my glove box... well guess what wasn’t in my glove box when I got home!!!!! And after getting a -tire- replaced, my skid plate/water guard completely came off on the way home, and they kept my tire cap. Anyone recommend another INFINITI or Nissan dealership in the dfw area? Willing to drive an extra hour and a half to not go here.

I came to this dealership to look at purchasing a used vehicle... I came in preapproved for 35k and had 2500-4K to put down.. looked at a 2014 Q60.. I originally asked to meet with GM but instead he sent me to a fella named Adam, I believe. I bought this car at the beginning of March 2016. I thought this dealership was the very best by how they treated me up to the sale. Very quick responses to phone calls and text messages--really quick and very cooperative in every way. The technician who prepared the car before the sale replaced the fuel tank cap, so apparently he saw a problem with the check engine light and apparently thought that replacing the fuel tank cap would correct the problem. On the 770 mile drive home the check engine light came on (again), and I replaced the fuel tank cap (again) ...
